We are able to track each client's progress in our program by the use of the Homeless Outcomes program, a system which is used to evaluate a client's starting point, and progress while they are in our program and monitors their continual success after metriculation.

Through our linkage agreements with various hospitals, medical centers, and clinics, we are able to provide our clients with appropriate referrals to needed medical & mental heathcare treatment centers to aid in their case management.  

Each of our locations are monitored by a licensed counselor. 

We at the Transitional Housing Group 2 believe in the transformative power of community. Clients are encouraged to go to 12 step or other appropriate supportive group meetings to discuss how to avoid situations which would lead them

Through various agencies such as the Harold Brown Clinic,  the Aids Foundation of Chicago, and others, we offer education on the topics of HIV/AIDS and STD prevention

Through agencies such as Family Focus, the Inner Voice, and Enterprise of Destiny,  we offer parenting skills for our clients

Sometimes people have medical, mental or physical issues which hinders them from becoming prodctive members of society. We teach them coping skills for them to be able to take on life's challenges

We are offer job skills training in the following areas:

• Moving, Trucking, & Logistics
• Construction 
• Cleaning
• Restaurant, &Catering

We're presently developing job training in the following areas: 

• Organic Hydoponic Gardening
• Computer Skills training (hardware and software)
